Python MongoDB - Colección Drop
Puede eliminar colecciones usando drop() método de MongoDB.
Sintaxis
A continuación se muestra la sintaxis del método drop ():
db.COLLECTION_NAME.drop()
Ejemplo
El siguiente ejemplo deja caer la colección con el nombre de la muestra:
> show collections
myColl
sample
> db.sample.drop()
true
> show collections
myColl
Descartar colección usando Python
Puede eliminar / eliminar una colección de la actual invocando el método drop ().
