Aquí hay un método sencillo y directo que devuelve valores de HSV en grados y porcentajes, que es lo que usa el selector de color de Photoshop.

Tenga en cuenta que los valores devueltos no son redondeados, puede hacerlo usted mismo si es necesario. Tenga en cuenta que H(360) == H(0) , por lo que los valores H de 359.5 y mayores deben redondear a 0
