Recibo los siguientes informes de fallos. Solo se producen en dispositivos con iOS 8. Observe el mensaje:

No puedo reproducirlo, pero parece suceder al iniciar la aplicación desde el fondo. ¿Dónde debería empezar a buscar?

El error estaba en la siguiente devolución de llamada:

- (void)application:(UIApplication *)application didReceiveRemoteNotification:(NSDictionary *)userInfo fetchCompletionHandler:(void (^)(UIBackgroundFetchResult result))completionHandler

El bloqueo se produce cuando se llama el completionHandler dos veces. Esto sucede después de iOS8.
