Intenta usar esto para la versión Jquery:

"jquery": ">= 2.0.0"

Sin embargo creo que solo necesitarías Fundación como una dependencia:

La mejor manera de comenzar es hacer

bower cache clean

Después de eso cuando lo hagas

bower install te preguntará

''Unable to find a suitable version for <Your Dependency Name>, please choose one:

entonces puede ingresar !1 o !2 , o lo que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades.

Básicamente, esto agrega el bloque de resolución a bower.json como lo menciona @esbanarango, pero solo da más control y comprensión sobre lo que está haciendo.

Usa resolutions en tu bower.json
