Tengo un error cuando instalo gsl(con netbeans)

Question

Intento instalar la gema gsl para Ruby pero no funciona. Tengo un error matrix_complex.o. Entonces, ¿hay una solución para instalar gsl para netbeans? o hay un cuantil de fonction en otra biblioteca? Cualquier ayuda sería apreciada.

Obteniendo algunas pistas de https://github.com/romanbsd/rb-gsl/issues/2 Hice lo siguiente en Ubuntu:

Desinstalé mi gsl existente:

sudo apt-get remove gsl-bin libgsl0-dev libgsl0ldbl

Construido un nuevo gsl

wget ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gsl/gsl-1.14.tar.gz
tar xf gsl-1.14.tar.gz
cd gsl-1.14
./configure
make
sudo make install

Instaló la gema

gem install gsl

Esto funcionó para mí.

La respuesta anterior funciona ya que puedes simplemente usar la versión ~ 1.14 de las uniones GSL y Ruby (rb-gsl).

Sin embargo, si ha instalado GSL a través de homebrew ( brew install gsl ) o prefiere la versión 1.15, puede especificar alternativamente el siguiente repositorio en su Gemfile para las vinculaciones ruby:

https://github.com/whistlerbrk/rb-gsl/

que se basa en:

https://github.com/30robots/rb-gsl/

Esto tiene el parche para gsl_matrix y el primer repositorio también tiene un parche para las versiones más nuevas de rubygems.
