Firebase RecyclerView no carga datos nuevos

Intento crear un RecyclerView en tiempo real cada vez que un usuario agrega un elemento a una determinada referencia de base de datos en Firebase. Aquí está mi clase de modelo:

Quiero que la vista de reciclador se actualice en vivo en todos los dispositivos a medida que se agrega un artículo. Aquí está el fragmento que utilizo para llenar el RecyclerView usando la biblioteca UI de Firebase. A medida que agrego datos / escritura a Firebase como figura en el fragmento de código anterior, no veo actualizaciones en vivo en ningún dispositivo:

EDITAR: creo que los datos que se escriben en Firebase son nulos por alguna razón, ya que los registros de la Question y ImageURL no devuelven ningún dato.

A tus métodos de establecimiento de sondeos les falta this :
