cómo cambiar la IU según la selección del cuadro combinado

En el diálogo, necesito mostrar un grupo de controles si se comprueba algún combo y, de lo contrario, otro grupo de controles. Es decir, necesito 2 capas y necesito cambiar entre ellas cuando el combo está marcado / desmarcado. ¿Cómo puedo hacer eso?
