outlook - procesar - problemas con archivos ics

Tengo un archivo de ejemplo ics como este

Funciona bien al importar a Google Calendar, pero en Outlook los tiempos están desactivados en 2 horas. ¿Cuál puede ser el problema?

para asegurar un comportamiento compatible con sus expectativas, necesita definir su tzid en un componente de calendario "VTIMEZONE".
