Estoy configurando imágenes de firma de foro dinámicas para mis usuarios y quiero poder poner su nombre de usuario en la imagen. Puedo hacer esto bien, pero como los nombres de usuario tienen diferentes longitudes y quiero alinear correctamente el nombre de usuario, ¿cómo puedo hacer esto cuando tengo que configurar las coordenadas x e y?

Mejoré el código de sujithayur y creé una función que permite todas las alineaciones (izquierda, centro, derecha) y (arriba, centro, centro) y sus combinaciones. También utiliza la sombra del texto.

Use la función imagettfbbox para obtener el ancho de la cadena y luego reste eso del ancho de la imagen para obtener la coordenada x inicial.

imagettfbbox() el tamaño del nombre del usuario utilizando imagettfbbox() .

Desde el ancho que obtiene desde allí, puede deducir la posición x en la que debe comenzar su texto.
