Todo funcionó bien hasta que agregué en ''uProfile.Commit ();'' línea. Ahora recibo el siguiente mensaje de error:

Intenté rectificar esto agregando el código para permitir las actualizaciones inseguras, pero sigo teniendo este error.

¿Alguien tiene alguna guía para mí? Sería muy apreciado.

Intenta configurar allowUnsafeUpdates en el objeto del sitio también, se vería así:

site.AllowUnsafeUpdates = true;
UserProfileManager upmanager = new UserProfileManager(ServerContext.GetContext(site)); 

Supongo que UserProfileManager crea un objeto web fuera del sitio y hereda esa configuración en la web que usa.
Espero que ya hayas descubierto esto ...

Intente resumir la validación de la página con el SharePoint en lugar de activar actualizaciones inseguras (no es una buena práctica)

También intente hacer actualizaciones en las solicitudes POST, la actualización en la solicitud GET tampoco es una buena práctica y el riesgo de seguridad

Mejor patrón para AllowUnsafeUpdates

web.Update(); //remove this line
