No te conseguirá todos los navegadores.
Si estás en un entorno corporativo, el usuario no tendrá derechos de administrador. Si Google-Chrome y / o Chromium están instalados de esa manera (no sé si FF funciona así), entonces la clave solo estará en HK_Current_User.
