Sí, estás en lo correcto.

De ser así, esto parece ser muy corto de miras, especialmente si una aplicación utiliza fragmentos que pueden intercambiarse y desaparecerse durante el ciclo de vida de la aplicación y depende de los datos transmitidos.

Le invitamos a que tome el código fuente de LocalBroadcastManager y cree sus propias extensiones adhesivas si lo desea. Personalmente, utilizaría otros medios para almacenar dichos datos (fragmentos de modelo, singletons o almacenes de datos persistentes, según el escenario).

No estoy seguro de si es la mejor manera de hacerlo. Funciona bien hasta ahora. Personalmente prefiero usar Otto.
