El solo hecho de cambiar a Internet Explorer desde Chrome fue para mí =) No sé por qué, pero realmente me ayudó. Después de que se descargó el 95% (!!) del archivo, simplemente se atascó.

Estaba teniendo el mismo problema, pude descargar el instalador pero después de que el instalador (GitHubSetup.exe) terminó de descargarlo, el programa no se inició, se bloqueó con un registro de errores. Comencé a sospechar que era una política de red corporativa que estaba bloqueando la descarga.

Entonces, me conecté a una VPN personal, volví a descargar y funcionó. También puede usar una VPN o enlace en su teléfono o alguna otra red fuera de su red corporativa para descargar.

Un poco más de elaboración sobre las respuestas anteriores:

1- Abra el Explorador de Windows (presione " Windows + E ")

2- Escriba % LocalAppData% / Apps en su barra de direcciones y presione Entrar.

3- Debería encontrar una carpeta " 2 ". Eliminar la carpeta "2".

Yo también enfrenté el mismo problema cuando intenté instalarlo. A pesar de que estoy usando VPN, no pude instalarlo debido a cuestiones de configuración de red.
