No creo que .Net Framework proporcione lo que desea. En primer lugar, no todos los idiomas tienen alfabetos en el sentido occidental de la palabra. En segundo lugar, incluso si limita su cobertura a aquellos idiomas que tienen alfabetos, iterar a través del contenido de una página de códigos no funcionará porque muchas páginas de códigos cubren varios idiomas (p. Ej., CP 1252 cubre los principales idiomas de Europa occidental). En tercer lugar, algunos de los idiomas admitidos más recientemente en Windows no tienen páginas de códigos.
