Lista de pares de valores clave

Question

Tengo una lista con los siguientes elementos:

{[A,1] ; [B,0] ; [C,0] ; [D,2]; [E,0] ; [F,8]}

Cuando Variable = 3 -> quiero que el valor de retorno sea A, D

Cuando variable = 11 -> el valor de retorno sea A, D, F

cuando 2 -> devuelve el valor para ser D

y así.

 int sum = myList.Sum(x => x.Value)

¿Cómo obtener la clave correspondiente (A, D, F)?
