Recientemente instalé portátiles jupyter en mi Macbook Pro. Cuando creo una nueva notebook, veo que la siguiente excepción viene continuamente en la terminal donde comencé la notebook.

La versión de Python es 2.7.
¿Algún puntero a cómo puedo resolver esto?
Downred tornado, esto funcionó para mí.
pip install tornado==4.5.3
Modifiqué el archivo "/Library/Python/2.7/site-packages/notebook-5.2.2-py2.7.egg/ notebook / base / zmqhan dlers.py" para eliminar el argumento io_loop .
Basado en el comentario de bkanuka, este es el camino a seguir hasta que Jupyter lance una nueva versión.
Se encontró con este error después de actualizar el módulo ipykernel.
Después de actualizar el módulo jupyter se inició sin errores. En Ubuntu ejecuté lo siguiente para actualizar jupyter:
sudo -H pip install jupyter
O para Python3
sudo -H pip3 install jupyter
