Estoy trabajando en mi primer proyecto con bootstrap y obtengo este error cada vez que intento ver mi proyecto. He mirado alrededor y no he podido encontrar a alguien con el mismo problema. ¡Cualquier ayuda sería genial! Gracias por adelantado.

quizás te olvides de instalar bootstrap, puedes probar el comando a continuación.
rails g bootstrap:install
Tenga en cuenta que bootstrap_and_overrides.css.less no tiene la variable por la que se queja el error.
Agrega la siguiente línea con las otras variables @fontAwesome y deberías estar bien.
@fontAwesomeEotPath_iefix: asset-path("fontawesome-webfont.eot#iefix");
O actualice su instalación de arranque de Twitter ejecutando rails g bootstrap:install -f .
Esto también me ha pasado a mí. Cuando actualice la gema Bootstrap, debe actualizar su javascript y css. Para hacerlo, ejecuta esto:
rails g bootstrap:install -f
Esto agregará una línea a su archivo app / assets / css / bootstrap_overrides.css.less que se ve así:
@fontAwesomeEotPath_iefix: asset-path("fontawesome-webfont.eot#iefix");
Esto resolverá el problema.
