Tu problema es auto_now_add=True en ese campo. Consulte las notas en la documentación de DateField :

Tal como se implementa actualmente, establecer auto_now o auto_now_add en True hará que el campo tenga editable=False y blank=True set.

Dado que editable = False, no puede incluirlo en la lista de campos para ese formulario (puede ponerlo en readonly_fields , por supuesto).

Si desea que el valor tome la fecha de creación como predeterminada, pero aún así permita que se edite y anule, debe usar el default lugar:

added_on = models.DateTimeField(default=datetime.datetime.now)

El added_on tiene un atributo added_on . No puedo pensar en ninguna razón por la que esto se muestre. Si added_on atributo added_on del archivo admin.py, el panel de administración funciona.
