Estoy usando Batik para manejar imágenes SVG. ¿Hay alguna forma de obtener un archivo java.awt.image.BufferedImage?
Sé que hay transcodificadores, con los que podría transcodificar el SVG, por ejemplo, en un PNG y luego cargar ese PNG con ImageIO.read () · Pero no quiero tener el archivo temporal.
Esto es lo que yo uso. Es una extensión de BufferedImage con su propia fábrica estática que se puede usar donde se use una BufferedImage. Lo escribí para que cualquier llamada a getScaledInstance (w, h, hint) se renderice desde el SVG, no desde la imagen rasterizada. Un efecto secundario de esto es que el parámetro de sugerencia de escala no tiene significado; puedes pasar 0 o DEFAULT a eso. Se procesa de forma perezosa, solo cuando se solicitan datos gráficos, por lo que el ciclo de carga / escala no debería generar demasiados gastos.
Edición: Agregué soporte usando la configuración de CSS anterior para escalar sugerencias de calidad. Edición 2: la representación perezosa no funcionaba de manera consistente; Pongo la llamada render () en el constructor.

Una forma muy sencilla es usar la biblioteca de TwelveMonkeys que agrega soporte de tipo de imagen adicional a ImageIO de java
Así, por ejemplo, simplemente agrega estos a tu maven (o copia los frascos necesarios):
