spring.jpa.properties.hibernate.jdbc.lob.non_contextual_creation=true

Enfrenté el mismo problema con la versión Spring Boot: 2.1.x.RELEASE también. funcionó con:

spring.jpa.properties.hibernate.jdbc.lob.non_contextual_creation=true

Establezca la siguiente configuración en sus propiedades:

spring.jpa.properties.hibernate.jdbc.lob.non_contextual_creation=true

Para Spring boot 2.xx

Este es un problema de Hibernate entonces, como solución alternativa, puede usar esa bandera.

Resuelto agregando hibernate.properties con

hibernate.jdbc.lob.non_contextual_creation=true

Otras soluciones con application.properties no funcionaron. Esto también se puede hacer a través de XML hibernate.cfg.xml

Versión de arranque de primavera: 2.0.2.

-> no funcionó para mí (spring boot 2.1.6)

Actualizo hibernate lib a 5.4.2. Final y la excepción desaparecen :)
