¿Cuál es el problema aquí? cuando trato de abrir el archivo build.xml en IE, aparece un mensaje de error como:

Debes registrar / vincular el prefijo ivy:

Lo siguiente es de la documentación de Apache Ivy ( http://ant.apache.org/ivy/history/latest-milestone/ant.html ):

Si usa la versión 1.6.0 o superior de hormiga, solo tiene que agregar el espacio de nombre de hiedra a su proyecto ( xmlns:ivy="antlib:org.apache.ivy.ant" atributo de su etiqueta de proyecto), y puede llamar a tareas de hiedra .
